Addition of sticky-owner posts possible?

It isn't necessary quite yet, but at some point in the future, to keep the "index of improvisers and improvisations" (or lostinidlewonder's index as well perhaps) neatly organized, is it possible for the administrator to insert modifiable posts at the top of the thread?

*edit* or, is it possible to simply increase the max size of each post?

Yes, both options would be possible, or even better, to put all this info in a database table in order to generate a dedicated web page for the indexes.
