If you started a forum...

What would it be? What Rules?  Would you enforce the ideas of communism (everyone equal yada yada yada...) or ironically let it become a communist forum (rule supremley from above etc...)

I would have a mix of Classical Music, TV, Movies, Games, porn...runs and hides ;)
Religious/political preeching - debating would maybe be ok, but no preeching! - and 'which is easier/harder' threads would result in bans and freedom of speech of course, unless insults got out of hand.
