I'm interested in easy to play, but great sounding and satisfying music. Mainly classical era, though I like some video game compositions as well (FF10 has some great ones).

For the non-video gamers, the Pride and Prejudice piano solo book has gorgeous pieces that are pretty easy.

Mikrokosmos is a wonderful collection of inventive pieces for adult or young beginners.  Thanks also Petter for the video game link.  My list is getting interesting.

Other ideas out there?  Please share.
