I've always been good at reading music...

But I can't associate a note name with a sound I hear. I play by ear really well, but I can't hear something and say, "Oh, That's an A" or something like that. What are some good ways to get better at doing this?
And on an off topic side, I need some good, intermediate level sheet music to play. I'm getting tired of religious music for my Church. Preferably something fast, that keeps my fingers moving :3

- Why be bothered about it? Unless you have ear training tests like that, there is no need if you can play well by ear and by sight, imo.
- some suggestions off the top of my head
classical - Mozart sonata, or the twinkle star variations.
romantic - Chopin waltz in db "minute" or waltz in c#m
baroque - JS Bach inventions 1 or 8 or CPE Bach solfeggietto
