Hi,

I have noticed quite a few posts about tendon trouble and the like and came accross this video the other day.

I have no idea myself how good they are, but the multitude of comments suggest they are highly effective.

HOWEVER in no way should these be used is you feel you have serious problems, and of course a professional physiotherapist should be consulted.

But maybe these are for when they may be tight after a long practice session or something similar.

I think with many years of playing piano, I have never experienced tendonitis nor carpal tunnel.  The key thing in playing is a relaxed arm, wrists and hands;  not forced to strike the keys too harshly with many hours of practicing in which may cause undue stress in the wrists. Try not to make practicing so tedious also.  If there is pain anywhere, give your hands a break for a day or so.  Then practice with 15 minute intervals.  I wonder if any of the members here do experience  or not , tendonitis or carpal tunnel .

best wishes,
