Am preparing the Ginastera sonata no. 1; wondered if anyone had ideas about the left hand passages on page 4 (Boosey and Hawkes) beginning on the fourth line; it is the third such left hand figure that still gives me trouble when I play up tempo; I am fingering it, 5 2 1 4 5 2 1 4 5 3 2 1; any one with any suggestions? would appreciate it; thanks so much! the others work fine, just that one--of course it may just be beyond me at tempo...oh well...

What did you choose for each of the figures?
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Thank you Quantum:

Here is my complete fingering;

First

4321 4321 3212 1

Second

4321 4321 3132 1

Third

5214 5214 5321

Fourth

5321 3213 2132 1

I got these from two sources; a friend of mine at a local college who had a lesson with Ginastera on this sonata; secondly, from Stanislav Ioudenitch who is a friend/colleague of mine and shared the gold medal at the Cliburn back in 2001 with Olga Kern.

Thanks for sharing your fingerings;
