Hello, can someone help me identify this piece?

The URL above links to a video of Yundi Li talking about his life on a Chinese talk show.
From about 20:15 to 20:38, there is piece playing in the background which I have heard before but for some reason the name eludes me.

If you happen to know the name of the piece, please let me know.
