And an arrival interrupted.

On a grand in a practice room somewhere. It contains something of an ellipse. I had been rehearsing with a trumpeter.

Very emotional, I like the opening chords; they have a sad reflective feel to them.
I like how you then build on them slowly and bring in the arpeggios.

It has some lovely melodies and has good use of dynamics.
When the faster section starts unfortunately I couldn’t make a lot of music sense out of it, I think it was the recording making it sound like the sustain pedal has been held down.

Well done apart from the quality of the recording when things got faster and heavier, I enjoyed it.
