Working on tone and technique.
Nice expression, simple and uncluttered. Improvising at various stages of your progression along the path to heavenly musical enlightenment is (I believe) a virtuous discipline (if you can do it) or at least a venture worth exploring at any stage in a soul's progression, no matter what the method of expression. You seem to have adequate recording tools, as well as a piano, so let your equipment explore you(!) from time to time, and share the warmth when the various avenues intersect.

I enjoyed your improv.  It's restful and simple and lovely to listen to.  I will
watch for more of your improvs in the future, so don't wait too long, okay?

best wishes,
