Copyrighted.
Best bet, if you can't find it (copyright has to be getting old) is going to your local public or college library and ask for an Inter-Library Loan (ILL), and they'll get it for you in under 2 weeks, probably free of charge. Back in the 1970's thru 1990's I made dozens of requests for still-copyrighted music scores, which exposed me to works I might never have otherwise learned, or appreciated. I believe too few people realize the power and potential of this (usually free - but check first) service.  8)

BTW: The deFalla work is fascinating, as are some of his other piano and ensemble scores! Check them out...

Believe me, I've been exhausting the ILL system at my university endlessly.

Oh, and you should be able to find this score fairly easily. I did.
