Best bet, if you can't find it (copyright has to be getting old) is going to your local public or college library and ask for an Inter-Library Loan (ILL), and they'll get it for you in under 2 weeks, probably free of charge. Back in the 1970's thru 1990's I made dozens of requests for still-copyrighted music scores, which exposed me to works I might never have otherwise learned, or appreciated. I believe too few people realize the power and potential of this (usually free - but check first) service. 

BTW: The deFalla work is fascinating, as are some of his other piano and ensemble scores! Check them out...
