Help developing my technique
on: August 30, 2009, 12:06:24 PM
Okay I really need to start developing my fundemental technique...I was thinking about some Bach but I really have no clue where to start in terms of difficulty I just want some simpl Bach to get me into it. Any suggestions? I'm playing romantic pieces or around grades 7-8 atm as an indication but I have no experience playing Baroque at this level :\

you can always start on the 'zwei-stimmige inventionen'. Czerny is also good for technique, the main trick is recognizing your flaws/weaknesses and finding etudes that deal with them.
