Could someone help me to identify this song?

I have heard this song played on the piano before, and I know it is a famous piece. I just don't know how to search for it. Can anyone help me?

And try to ignore the "Hamtaro" part of the video. Just listen to the music.

If that's music from a video game, you might be able to find the composer and music information in the credits of the game somewhere.

The piece of music is called 'Csikos Post' by a guy named H. Necke... (Don't know what his first name is.)

He does however seem to rip off the theme from Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody in the middle 'B' section.
