I noticed no one replied. Check the RCM Syllabus. You can find it in most music bookstores around Canada. Just curious, do you have a teacher? He/she would know.

Alrighty, here goes nothing:

Parallel Motion scales (Hands together): G,E,F,Ab,Db major; G,E,F,G#,C# minor (harm/mel)

Staccato scales (Hands together): E,F major; E minor (harm/mel)

Formula Pattern: E,F major; E minor (harmonic)

Chromatic (Hands together): beginning on E,Db

----
Triads (root and inversions, broken and solid): G,E,F,Ab,Db major; G,E,F,G#,C# minor; add the V-I cadence at the end

Hands separate four note chords (ex: C-E-G-C): G,E,F,Ab,Db major; G,E,F,G#,C# minor; broken only

Dominant and Diminished 7ths for the same keys listed above (dominant for the major, diminished for the minor).

Arpeggios (hands separate): same keys; arpeggios for major, minor chords, dominant and diminished 7ths; for major and minor arpeggios, you need to know the root arpeggio and the first inversion arpeggio

-----------
All scales are in sixteenth notes, quarter note = 60 bpm
Triads at quarter note = 80 bpm (broken triads are in triplet eighths, solids are in quarters)
All Chords broken (4 note, dominant, diminished) at quarter = 88bpm, played in eighth notes.
All Solid Chords (dominant, diminished) at quarter = 72 bpm, played in quarters
Arpeggios at quarter = 92 bpm, played in eighth notes.

Phew, now it's time for bed.  I suggest you get a syllabus, or confirm this stuff with your teacher.  I may have a typo or two, but I'm pretty sure I listed everything that's written in the syllabus currently on my lap  ;) (the new 2008 version of the RCM)
Interested in discussing:

-Prokofiev Toccata
-Scriabin Sonata 2

Thank you for taking time to provide that info, Nana. Apologies for not responding sooner; I've been practicing.  8)
