fingerings for rach prelude op23 no4
on: September 05, 2009, 10:52:45 AM
just started on this wonderful piece and the first problem i encountered was FINGERINGS!!! arghhh...when i was looking at the score i thought LH would play all the bass clef notes but then when i saw other ppl's performance they were like playing some of the leaps with RH  :o...so very confusing

maybe someone can like mark fingerings on the score and upload it or something?  ;D would be nice or...just a general idea....i couldnt even figure out wat to do with mm1!!! :-[...

my reach is interval 10th and im better with my index than middle...so yeah!!!!  ;D

Maybe if you gave us bar numbers or something where the main problems are - we could at least try and help out there.

hmmm most of the stuff is on the cross fingering... :o
mm 5: should i play the E after the double note (G + A) with LH or RH?
mm 6: same thing except the note is c#
after that, mm 11, 15~18

so far that's all!!!  ;D
for most of the problematic measures i came up with two different fingerings and didnt know which one to use....i mean i know if i stick with one and practice it it'll get smoother and stuff....but i dont want to chose a fingering that will later hinder the music ie. expressions, melodies, etc.

 ;D ;D ;D
