Please help identify this music

Hello!

For a month's time I have been trying to find out which composer made this piece of music and what it's called. I have looked everywhere I could think of, asked everyone I thought might have a clue, but with no luck. So now I'm turning to you for help.

This is the only clip I could find with the music; It's a Swedish site but you should not have problem understanding - basically just click the play button.
