"Alexis Weissenberg
You are a very aggressive and hardcore pianist. This style only fits some music but the music it does fit is breathtaking. You are very selective about what you play. You are a French Bulgarian Jew."

I'm not complaining (at all), but I expected to be someone else, perhaps Gieseking or Cortot. I am very selective about what I play, though.

This is me.

Vladimir Horowitz
You are a very eccentric pianist but everybody loves you for this. You are a very neurotic person which causes you to have a lot of mental breakdowns which keep you from playing. You are a Russian Jew who specializes in romantic repertoire.

lol.

You are a very mellow and laid back pianist. Your repertoire is very adventurous but you also play plenty of the great stuff. You have arguably the best technique of all pianists. You also do some composing but it's not good :) You are French Canadian.

Sephardi jew? Religion?

Any educated person should know that being a sephardi jew doesn't mean that you have a specific religion that seperates you from other jews. Sephardi and mizrahi jews are the jews from north africa and the middle east. Ashkenazy jews are the european jews.

One can be a sephardi jew without being religious at all.

He probably put that because Horowitz and Weissenberg were both Jewish, as was Perahia. But Horowitz was non-observant so that leaves Weissenberg and Perahia so he probably wanted to distinct them.

You might be right. Either that or he doesn't know what he is talking about at all.

Still, what I wrote in my original post is still standing.

Weissenberg2 is most certainly correct. Being Jewish myself I do know what I'm talking about.

3.   What religion are you?
   Catholic
   hybrid
   Sephardi Jew
   None observant

This doesn't make sense. So you don't know what you're talking about.

What does not make sense about it? okay, it would have been better to just put "Jew" but that does not mean he does not know what he is talking about. It seems logical too me, albeit he should have put "Jew" and delete Sephardi.

I agree 100% with what you write here. Then it makes sense.

You must have accidentally taken another quiz because I didn't make Brahms an option.

Well, I didn't take your quiz, but I did take the Facebook quiz a couple of months ago.
