Mozart - The London sketchbook
Schumann - Album for the young
Prokofiev wrote some children's pieces but I'm not sure if they're for children to play or not.

Bartok Mikrokosmos. Starts at a very basic level and gets gradually more advanced throughout the 6 volumes.

Stravinsky 3 Easy Pieces and 5 Easy pieces for piano duet. The Left player in the 3EP and the Right player in the 5EP have the easy parts.
