Any french fellows in there ?

Living in the suburb of Paris I just wondered if there were other frenchies here ?

Pas trop mal.  Tres chaud en ce moment (dans les 95 degres fahrenheit! )  8) . En toute franchise et au risque de parraitre chauvin, rien de comparable a la France.

Qu'est ce qui te lie au piano ?

Très bonne question !

Mon enfance, mes rêves, et surtout l'infinie frustration d'avoir arrêté à l'âge de 13 ou 14 ans après avoir pris des leçons pendant 5 ans...

Je crois que la musique - et plus particulièrement le piano - est la seule chose qui me fasse vibrer ! Et je crois que ça a toujours été le cas !

Puis-je te retourner la - très jolie - question ?

C'est mon legato qui me lie au piano bien sur !  ;D
Non, je ne sais pas trop, mais comme toi j'ai appris
la musique etant jeune pendant 5 ans seulement a partir de l'age de 10 ans. Je ne doute pas un instant que si cela avait ete possible c'est la voie que j'aurais suivie  :(. Honnetement je n'ai pas de reponse exacte sinon que c'est une des choses que j'aime le mieux faire dans ma vie  :)

bonjour! i reliase that the orignal post was made 2 years ago, so i hope i am not too late!

i live in Bastille. and i have just found this wonderful website. i am hoping to find a teacher in Paris that uses the Chang method.

i have taken lessons from 10-20 years old. i am now 35 and wish to return to this wonderful art. (the piano is in the mail... literally!)

Je vie en Ottawa, Ontario, et je suis bilingue, mais je parle l'anglais chez moi.  J'aime beaucoup la culture française, mais je n'aime pas trop le grand quantité de verbes.  Mon accent est mauvaise  :P mais j'aime parler le français en tout cas.  Vive le quebec!

I suck at writing in french in case you didn't know lol.

Ahh, I'm half-french.  ;D Sadly, I do not live there although my father's whole side does. I have family in Paris, as well as Thiacourte which is my favorite little town...

I'm going to be spending some of my summer there as well, I cannot wait!! My uncle is an artist in Paris, and lives in a flat on the Seine River and he travels quite often so I'm really eager to see many more sites this summer. I love France.
