To start a self-study composition career.

I need these type of gadgets.

A TOUCH_SCREEN laptop.

Is there such thing as a touch-screen laptop so that I do not need to input notes on Sibelius with the Use of the laptop or the worst.

KEYBOARD.     WHAT THE HELL!!!!!

I've seen them, so they do exist.  But why would you want one?  Laptop + MIDI keyboard is really what you need.

I'm more of a Finale user, and don't find computer keyboard entry that bad at all.  One just has to accustom oneself to all the shortcuts.  Learning how to use these programs is like learning a piece of music - you have to practice it to get better at it.
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

A MIDI keyboard is any e-piano/keyboard with MIDI out/in.  You could get the cheap ones if all you wanted it for was Finale/Sibelius entry.  Or you could get a stage piano if you wanted to use it for giging as well.

I typed "touch screen laptop" in Google and got a whole bunch of results.  I see Lenovo has some offerings as well.
