effects on the edge of fatigue?
on: November 05, 2009, 03:11:03 AM
Tiredness of course. Dragging.
The feeling that I'm just watching and not really there.
The feeling of "flesh" hanging on my body. Kind of gross. The feeling of being inside your body.
The mind actually not working and my not being aware of it. Just not getting things.
And of course more mistakes. The body not healing as fast or much at all. Memory not quite being there.
Dang. This looks worse when I write it out. I was posting to see if anyone else experience this and what might be the next step if I keep pushing things.
And lack of emotions. I suppose if the emotions are checked out and the body and mind slow down... hmm... It's like a zombie state.
Weight gain. Cholesterol. Not being Mr. Friendly toward people. hmmm.

That's true. I stopped. Too tired.
I'm getting old. Not really worth practicing. I'm not quite recovering afterward. I could push myself through it again, but there's something off when it's like that.

Red Bull in the afternoon or evening doesn't seem so great. Just a buzzing head.
But in the morning... mmmmm. Seems to work pretty well. And maybe it's just the changing of the seasons or this Red Bull, but it makes it feel like spring. Odd.

Mmmm.... I wonder if the vitamin B in Red Bull. Something in it makes me feel like it's spring. Refreshing.
But it also gives my forehead a slight burning feel, eyeballs ache a bit, and I feel anxious.
