Thank you allthumbs!  What a gem!  I had heard about this piece, but never actually saw it!
Sooner or later I'm going to get a scanner so I can share my stuff with others.  Is it difficult?

You are welcome. Scanning is not that difficult, you just have to have some patience and be willing to take your time to get good results.

The piece I provided was not my scan, but was collected somewhere else.

The pianist is playing a paraphrase of the piece, which I don't have. The piece I uploaded is played by Gilels in one of the clips in the link you supplied.
