No one? I thought it would be easy to find (surprisingly IMSLP doesn't have it! (I thought Otto Singer would have transcribed it; it seems he transcribed every thing)).
I need it by Friday.

I'll ask on pianophilia then.

He doesn't specify that this is the particular transcription that he wants but, if it is, the place to get it is here - sorabji-archive@lineone.net (which you already know but the enquirer presumably wouldn't); details are on www.sorabji-archive.co.uk. You have yourself declined to supply items in the past because they are in copyright, so do please remember that Strauss's opera, Sorabji's transcription of it and Jonathan Powell's typeset edition of that transcription are all under copyright as is the publication of Strauss opera, so please don't let your generosity run away with you! Our prices are very resonable, as you have already kindly observed.

Of course, if this is not the transcription that is required, that's quite another matter. For the record and for those who are not aware of Sorabji's piano transcription, it is of the closing scene only. The Otto Singer stuff tends largely to be mere arrangments rather than transcriptions per se, by the way

Mais je ne suis pas un saucisson, mon cher Thalbergue! - and of course I know that you were joking, but the enquirer might not have done!...

It probably is and i expect the same could be said for the Taubmann arrangement, but since i do not know Salome and have only grade 1 sight reading abilities, I cannot really comment further.
