Ravel's Bolero for solo piano by Fred Oldenburg

Hello fellow pianists.

I was browsing through Youtube and found a fantastic transcription of Ravel's Bolero for solo piano performed and (I think) transcribed by Fred Oldenburg.

Does anyone have any idea if this arrangement is published or somewhere out there? Thanks.
