I'm not trying to be cheeky but why not write one yourself? I had several assignments in composition and orchestration classes where we had to do just that. What was too difficult for me was to play directly from the score. One of my class mates could do it at sight and we were all very amazed. (He later earned a Phd. and a very good university position.)
