Try Chopin Nocturne Op.27 No 2. in D flat major. Technically not very difficult, but musically
very challenging. It is also a most beautiful piece. The 2nd and 3rd movement of the k330 are beautiful and fun to learn.
I would recomend playing the fugue to the c major prelude, it is a bot pointless to learn just the prelude, because the fugue will help you with your fingers. or if the Fugue is too difficult try a 3 part invention. Finish your variations.
If i were you i would also get Czerny Art of velocity op.740, etudes. Etudes are compulsory for any pianist. You should play one for you left hand and one for your right hand to begin with. No.8 os really good for the left hand and No.16 is good for the right hand, and they are also nice and fun pieces to play.
Good luck.
