need your help for kawai digital piano

Hello,
 
Could you please advise between Kawai CA 18 and Kawa CN22 which one is suitable for beginner?

If the keys system is the same system for both model , then what should be big difference ? I can see that price is not the same rang CA18 should be better BUT as I really dont know about piano basic also my English is not very good to understand product description please be kindly give me your valuable advises.
