Does anyone know where to obtain a copy of Gould's transcription of La Valse?

He or she means Gould's transcription, of Ravel's transcription, of La Valse. I don't remember if Gould's transcription was ever published or not. And if it was, it couldn't be posted here anyway. The Ravel transcription is on IMSLP.

Most people take the Ravel trans as their starting point and figure out what you can actually add in or not from the ossias.  As far as I remember, this is what Gould has done.
If you're playing well enough to attempt this piece, you should be able to manage that (time taxing as it may be).
Never look at the trombones. You'll only encourage them.
