Happy New Year from Germany!

BTW: Did you know that Chopin's 200th birthday is in 2010? Unfortunately I don't have (yet!) the skills to play anything harder than his Waltz in a minor...

Good night,
hemlock

Happy New Year South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands!  Cheers!... again!

It's more fun if you celebrate it internationally.

Oops.  You too Greenland, Brazil, and Argentina.

And happy New Year in Venezuela in 5 minutes.  (Bob thinks Venezuela's time zone is weird.)

And Bolivia and Paraguay.  And New Foundland and maybe part of Canada.   Happy New Year.

And happy New Year to east coast, central, mountain, west coast USA, Hawaii, and Alaska while I'm at it.

Hmm.  Sucks to be you Aleutian Islands.  The last place on earthwise, timewise.

I have no idea what Antarctica does.

I guess they take whatever time zone they want down there.  (Bob reveals his location is somewhere north of Antarctica.)

Happy New Year? Isn't That So Absurd? Who Cares If It's Happy New Year, Valentine, Or The BS Day... It's Just Something Not Worth Celebrating...

Feb 14 was the start of the year of the Tiger.  (Bob makes obligatory tiger claw.)  RAWR!  It's a whole new era now.

::)  Although I think it's the end for one tiger.

It's the marking of time.  Another reason to celebrate.  Cheers!  ;D

Happy 2013!!!
Why didn't I make any comments on this thread then? I mean I was on Pianostreet December 2009 already! well maybe I was still a little too shy then.

Oh shouldn't it say 2012-2013 maybe?  :-\ I mean it's not like the year ends before the new one beginns, I would think the old year ends in the first second of the new one...  :-\ because otherwise there wouldn't be any year betweed the last second of the old year and the first second of the new year... I don't know...
