Please help me identify this piece...I've been trying for 11 years!

Hi everybody,
I have a Yamaha Clavinova that has 50 preset songs. We got it when I was around 8 years old, and I have been madly in love with this one piece on there ever since. The piano did not come with a list of songs and does not match up with the "50 Piano Greats" list that is available online through Yamaha. 2 previous piano teachers have not been able to identify the piece. I have hit a dead end and after 11 years I really want to know the name/composer!
I recorded a bit of the piece on my cell phone (sorry for the poor sound quality) and have included the files below..please give it a listen and provide any insight possible!! Thanks

It's the 4th (last) movt of Weber's piano sonata in cmaj op.24
Brahms made an study out of it as well.

Never look at the trombones. You'll only encourage them.

Not to mention Leopold Godowsky's superhuman but giddily vibrant 1903 arrangement
