Buy a Used upright Piano, Yamaha? or kawai?

hi guys, how are you? i am from AUSTRALIA Melbourne. I am looking for a upright piano, they is one for sell yamaha U1 and U3, same price in second hand Execellend Condition, the price is $2900AUS. Not sure is worth is or not. I want to buy a piano for myself and also for my kids , they 4years old now.So which one should i go to The U1 or U3? or kawai's piano better? or other brand? Anyone here from Sydney?

i'm from Shanghai, and Yamaha and Kawai is pretty much all we have here lol... i would recommend the Yamaha U3. U3s are arguably the most consistently good upright pianos there are. sometimes you can get a kawai that sounds better for cheap tho, but very rarely.
