New piano student, desperatly want to play this song! Plz help

I heard a song over 5 years ago, and since then I have been dying to learn to play it on the piano.  

I started playing the piano recently and I came across the song saved on my computer.  It is featured in this video, but from searching everywhere I have not been able to find the name.

I would GREATLY appreciate anyone who can tell me the composer or song name.
