Been searching for the name of this song for years...still no luck

I heard a song over 5 years ago, and since then I have been dying to learn to play it on the piano.

It is featured in this video, but from searching everywhere I have not been able to find the name.

If anyone can listen to it, here is a simple youtube link:


The song begins at the 5 second mark.

I would GREATLY appreciate anyone who can tell me the composer or song name.
