There should be a syllabus for the course somewhere. That's not a school I've heard of from over here in the USA. However, a professor can't just "wing it" without submitting course content to the school and mentioning any prerequisites to the students.

Just pick up a piano lit book.

Or find the class information for a keyboard/piano literature/history course.

If there is your college would advise you, but I would imagine you should have listened to a sizeable range of interpretations spanning the performance area you wish to cover to do a music (performance) degree justice.
Currently rehearsing:

Chopin Ballades (all)
Rachmaninov prelude in Bb Op 23 No 2
Mozart A minor sonata K310
Prokofiev 2nd sonata
Bach WTCII no 6
Busoni tr Bach toccata in D minor

Poems of Ecstasy – Scriabin’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

The great early 20th-century composer Alexander Scriabin left us 74 published opuses, and several unpublished manuscripts, mainly from his teenage years – when he would never go to bed without first putting a copy of Chopin’s music under his pillow. All of these scores (220 pieces in total) can now be found on Piano Street’s Scriabin page. Read more
