The sonatas are published by Barenreiter Verlag. The Echoes from Austria is published by Rongwen Music Inc of New York and the sole selling agent is Broude Brothers.

This, by the way, from the man who doesn't know much. Not!

Krenek was a most prolific composer, a good many of whose works are well worth the trouble investigating. Even the first two symphonies, composed by the time he was in his early 20s, deserve far more attention than they get anywhere, including his native Austria.

Well, I have the ability to look at the bottom of the scores to see who the publishers are.

I am completely ignorant of this composer.

If you already have some of his scores from which you can read their publisher credits, I respectfully suggest that you must be rather less ignorant of Krenek's work than you appear to suggest is the case.

Until today, i have never looked at one. It would be impossible for me to look at everything that is sent to me.

Hinson's Guide describes his music as "severely intellectual". That is sufficient for me to shelf any study until i have dealt with anything that is not.

I would not say it is "severely intellectual", but it can be a little cold. I like it though, you should give it a listen.

I will, but Rab C Nesbit is on the telly and that is far more intellectual.
