Sounds like it's unknown.

Mikołaj and Justyna were married in the 16th-century basilica in Brochów. There, too, their second child and only son, born 1 March 1810, would be baptized "Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin". In 1892 a parish church document was found[20] that cites his birthdate as 22 February 1810, but he usually gave 1 March as the date.[20]

I bet his mom did.  The difference of a week probably made a big difference to her.

And he hadn't been born, she would be about 200 years, 9 months pregnant by now.  You never hear that angle on birth and death dates.

Alternate celebrating it in February one year and March the next.

When Practice Stagnates – Breaking the Performance Ceiling: Robotic Training for Pianists

“Practice makes perfect” is a common mantra for any pianist, but we all know it’s an oversimplification. While practice often leads to improvement, true perfection is elusive. But according to recent research, a robotic exoskeleton hand could help pianists improve their speed of performing difficult pianistic patterns, by overcoming the well-known “ceiling effect”.
