Prokofiev's Piano Sonata No. 7

How do I go about learning this piece? I have already tried playing it, but the one note forward melody starting around bar 10 confuses me, and I can't really get it up to speed. Does anyone have any tips to learn this piece? (Don't forget the other 2 movements :P)
