Did I NOT make myself clear last time???

I got my own sh*t to do - I don't have to prove myself to you, and I can't be buggered... I've got Stravinsky, Brahms, Bach and another Beethoven Sonata to keep me busy... so if you're waiting for me to upload Beethoven's Sonata No 16, Op 3 - You're gonna have to wait until I finish my Fellowship exam in September/October.

I don't care what you do, because the important thing is that I care what I DO... and that's all that matters.

Oh, and by the way - Thanks for the kind words about my Stravinsky. To bad-mouth someones performance just for the sake of spite is pretty low, and shows a lack of professionalism. The only reason I sad some nasty things was because it seemed like the only way to get through to you.

But now it has come to that time, where I wash my hands of you. I tried in the beginning to be supportive, then I tried to be fair with a hint of reality... now I'm just sick and tired of you and was thrilled about the peace we've had for the last week and half you had been gone.

Bugger off and leave me alone (at least save whatever dignity you have left by NOT replying to this and just shrugging off into the distance)

Oh - and also... who the hell is this 'Perefect Pitch'?? Learn to spell!!!

It started off quite well...but yeah, as it progressed, it sounds like it's still being sight-read...

I mean, really, I don't care how long it takes you to learn the piece...just learn to the damn piece well and THEN post it! We don't care about (and are truly sick of) hearing your work-in-progress crap!

People who tend to keep proving themselves usually are those who have a big amount of self-disrespect.
Bit sad ofcourse, but also.... amusing :)

I (as well, I'm sure, as the other sight-readers here) take offense to that. :(

What are you talking about?? Are you joking?? Please explain ??? There's absolutely nothing that you, or anyone else except maybe slow, should be offended about!

I think he's commenting on the fact that even some people here can sight-read it at a better level than slow can play it...

I think I finally figured out why it is that I always chuckle when slow_ keeps speaking of "concert standard". It's because he speaks as though he knows what the music is, what he wants to express, and how to achieve it. It's terribly funny because the reality is, HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THE NOTES! :o ::) HAHAHA!!

[...gee, I don't think I've ever sounded this vitriolic in my life...]

Oh...well, in that case, no I don't mean to offend you - my apologies!

But the point still stands...even if vviola really can sight-read it better, s/he's never posted them here, and I'd wager that s/he won't until s/he feels it is at least decent. That will be wonderful - sharing something like music that is personal to each of us is always something I consider generous. Slow, on the other hand...::)

EDIT:

I get it! It is a joke after all...you are meaner than I ever thought...

I am confused. Beethoven Sonata 16-3?? What the heck is that? Would be op 16 no 3? that is not right op16 is not for piano. You mean Sonata No 16 movement 3 or more clearly, his 16th Sonata, op31 no3. These sub ordinary recordings are getting silly, you probably want people to laugh at you on purpose for what reason who knows! Listening to someones sight reading of developing pieces is nothing interesting so you can really stop posting it :)
