Suggested recommendations for a 3 year old

We have purchased a 76 key piano keyboard for our quick thinking, sharp three year old. We expect her to play long term as we have musical talent in our family. Her first day she did well with Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. What series of books do others recommend for her? For the moment, we are teaching her but will be looking to have her taught professionally in the future.
