What did Eternal Sonata leave in you?
on: May 04, 2010, 02:51:26 AM
I played (and I want to play it again) the videogame Eternal Sonata.

In my opinion, it is one of the greatest videogames I've ever played. Great soundtrack, great storyline.

It's educative and appears one of my most favourite pianist in the world.

Has anyone played it? What is your opinion about it?

I guess it's left a void.  A giant black void.  A soulless, giant, black void, but that's a given, of course.

I played it and was disappointed, great idea but too redictable, too childish and lousy plot. Great battlesystem though.

“He has everything and more – tenderness and also the demonic element. I never heard anything like that,” as Martha Argerich once said of Daniil Trifonov. To celebrate the end of the year, the star pianist performs Johannes Brahms’s monumental Piano Concerto No. 2 with the Philharmoniker and Kirill Petrenko on December 31.
