on: May 06, 2010, 02:52:29 AM
And what causes it?

Very important topic.  Serious question though.

Sitting on your butt for too long.

Problem with the sacral nerve?
Bach - Partita No.2
Scriabin - Etude 8/12
Debussy - L'isle Joyeuse
Liszt - Un Sospiro

Goal:
Prokofiev - Toccata

It doesn't always happen though.  That's why I'm wondering.

And if it's possible to toughen up to it.  Build up some scars.

Im just curious.  Did you actually say "pregnant dog"  or did the censors change it for you?

What's another word for a 'female dog'? The forum catches that word and replaces it with 'pregnant dog'

Anyway, to get back to the topic...I sit on a cushion.  And I never go for more than 40 minutes at a time.

Ah! thanks now I understand! ...how about: it hurts like a ¡biitch! (had to use the extra i as even the upsidedown ! didn't work ???) But on topic numb butt is a side effect of piano practice, unless you own one of those very comfy £200 concert benches.
