A nice little piece that fits under the hand quite nicely. There are not any particular spots which are especially treacherous. Like most pieces, it is the details which count the most.
Two important stylistic choices would be the tempo and dynamics. Pay extra attention to those details.
I recommend Horowitz's recording. His control of dynamics is phenomenal.

Measures 16-19 I found were the hardest to put together (the ends of the measures are deadly). Get the left hand VERY comfortable with those leaps before putting hands together. I made quicker progress than when I was trying it extremely slowly hands together.
Also, a few of the arpeggios on the last page with after the meno mosso for the right hand (there's a massive chord that you have to roll) are a bit tricky.
Voicing is very important in this; tons of Rachmaninoff's music has middle voices needing to be brought out, and there are so many different examples of that in this piece.
Good luck, it's a pretty bada$$ prelude.
