An Original Final Fantasy Piece on Youtube
on: May 11, 2010, 08:00:27 AM
hi guys, i recently posted a vid of my composition of a final fantasy style piece called "Strength to Move On" on Youtube. I tried to make it sentimentally epic, please give feedback.

I don't think it was very original, or very sentimental. Though, this is really not my style of music.
I still got some ideas:
1) Try to listen more to the pedal, it's very blurry sometimes
2) You need different timing in some parts. Some feels like... They're okay to do once, or possibly twice, but you do them at least 4 times. .. and that's too many.
3) If you want us to understand the music, without reading your instructions, you have to exaggerate. Maybe play the "I find the hope"-part in major.
But as I said, I'm no big fan of this sort of music.
