Hi yw,
Brava! That's an impressive rendition of such a complex work by so young a musician! There are a few little rough spots in there, but you solve them musically, which is important. As you continue to practice the piece, those will be ironed out nicely, I'm sure. Congratulations to you and your teacher.

Audition repertoire for what?! Junior high school?! I'm flabbergasted. Do you lead a normal life of a, what, a 12-year-old girl? You're very very talented, that's obvious. But, I'm just curious, did YOU choose to study the Rachmaninov or did your teacher? How did you know about the Rachmaninov? Do you listen to records (yikes! CDs I mean)? Do you go to concerts? What have you studied prior to this Rachmaninov? Any bach, mozart, beethoven, etc. I'm just very curious. That was a wonderful performance for one so young.
