Chopin Waltz: KK IVa N°15

Hello Everyone!
I have been searching for this piece for ages but cannot find it anywhere! Could someone tell me where I could find it? I have also been wondering at what speed it should be played.

This waltz has been recorded many times by professional pianists, so I recommend you listen to a number of recordings (YouTube, etc.) to get an idea of their interpretation of the Vivace tempo.
