This is still in copyright.

However, it is so popular there must be thousands of book shops worldwide with a copy.

this is how/where I bought mine. Can't beat the price considering you get two copies one for Piano I and one for rehearsals for Piano II.

It's a fun piece I'm just wrapping this one up and really reccommend you perform it with ensemble (normally orchestra but there are arrangements for wind band which is great fun too), mine's coming up with a great conductor in my area after a recital with piano I and piano II and a masterclass, it's a good idea to work to build a good rapport with the conductor, makes a big difference going into the final rehearsals with the orchestra/band, and in pre performance planning/discussions of the work.

I also reccommend you explore some of the other 'movie concertos' if you like the sound of Addinsell's work, try and read/listen to Bath's Cornish Rhapsody for piano and orchestra or Rozsa's Spellbound Concerto as well.

Just don't listen to Liberace's recording of the Cornish Rhapsody made with Paul Weston and the orchestra.  He completely rewrote the piece, substituting a piano cadenza for an orchestral transition.

One of the best recordings of some of these movie concertos was one made in the '50s by Leonard Pennario (a great pianist and student of Olga Samaroff - listen to his Rachmaninoff 3rd!) with the Hollywood Bowl Symphony.   He played these works straightforwardly, with the same dedication he would give to the major works of the repertoire.   There's also a Liebestraum with orchestral accompaniment and a Moonlight Sonata first movement with orchestral accompaniment on the same record.  But if you can ignore those two things...there's also a sprightly scherzo movement from Henri Litolff's Concerto Symphonique.  We get to hear that once in a while.  It makes me want to hear the rest of the piece, which no one ever plays.
