This is the story of a tunnel of Schentweet (Šentvid). It's a story of deflowering a hill, a tale of gentle lovemaking to mother Earth. An Oedipian tale of Man standing before a challange while being pressured by bigwigs and their country. Drill faster or no food for you, Bosnian gastarbeiter!
It's a novel about a small drill against a big hill. A fight for survival and a fight for everyday bread. No glory here. Just a regular Mujo trying to make it abroad to feed his family at home. Not much has changed since the demise of Yugoslavia.
