I would work on some Bach Fugues. You have to work them hands separatly anyway. The d major (first book) also has a prelude which needs a lot of work in the right hand.
Then of course you have the good ol' chopets: op.10 N. 1, 2, 5, 8 op.25 N. 2, 6, 8, 11 but those are really demanding and need guidance of a good teacher or we risk to have a topic called "Left and right hand hurt, need suggestions what to to with all my spare time"

As allways, the best idea is to talk to your teacher...
(i wouldn't transcribe left hand rep for the right hand, as most of those pieces are written to fit the left hand and would probably be awkward to play with the other hand. And you wouldn't learn a lot on common techniques. Look for 2 hand pieces with challenging right hand)
