Hello,
I play piano for years by hearing. I wish I could know how to play compositions from notes, but I know too little like a 2nd grammar school kid reading the ABC.
I would like to have lessons by a do-it-yourself book or through a do-it-yourself software. Both of them should include songs or whatever needed for me as a lesson.

Do you know of any good book or software for that ?

i don't know any book or software... i think that you just need to get a theory book, read it, and when you think you're ready to start learning pieces, you should look for them...i don't know if you are looking to learn piano "the classical way" or you just want to learn popular pieces, but anyway you should start with pieces from herve and pouillard.
Working on:
Bach - Toccata in f sharp minor, BWV 910
Beethoven - Sonata op.57, "Appassionata"
Liszt - "Après une lecture du Dante"
Tchaikovsky - Concerto 1
