Professional Supplemental Music Courses!
on: June 30, 2010, 12:11:59 AM
Hey guys,
A couple of days ago I came up with a really cool idea that I want to share with you. I am going to create 6 week professional courses on various topics for music students. For instance, rhythm, ear training, theory, things that can apply to any instrument. It will all be facilitated online, with one module delivered weekly.
This would be to supplement student's normal lessons. For instance, a teacher doesn't have time to drop everything for 6 weeks and teach just rhythm. This isn't out yet, however you can go to

and sign up to get access as soon as it is available! It is completely free for teachers to sign up.
If you guys have any ideas or thoughts on this please share them! I'm looking for any and all ideas right now. These would be professional courses, and very fun for the students (each week's lesson will be no longer than a 15 minute interactive video, and there will be hw given 3 times a week that the teacher can check)
I am hoping that this becomes a very valuable tool that adds great value to your studio by bridging students musical gaps. My goal is to have this ready for fall semester. Leave your thoughts, ideas or questions below!
