What is the most useful/interesting thing you have ever learnt from a student?

Just curious. Like any eureka-like situation that gives you new insight in your daily teaching.

I have lots of these moments! But the moment when I realised that the children don't make mistakes on purpose was a huge "wake up" call for me...
